"Cassandra Curtis has woven an enchanting, humorous and sensual romantic short story about two people who have been given a second chance to come together. I found myself quite charmed with Sebastian’s character for wanting to give the pursuit of the woman he has loved another try. Tess, on the other hand, sees the man Sebastian has transformed into and still can’t seem to shake this attraction that she has of him even after all this time. I definitely enjoyed the continuous sparring and innuendos between Tess and Sebastian which had me laughing one moment and getting frisky the next."

"I found the secondary characters Mia, Tess’s sister and Pendragon, Tess’ familiar, had a cheeky and amusing way of bringing Tess and Sebastian together. Although these characters were minor, they kept me smiling throughout the story. Ms. Curtis has placed me under her spell with this bewitching tale. More please!"
