I love Fridays and the number 13, too!
My next youngest sister was born on a Friday the 13th! I was born on a Friday, too...just not the 13th. :)
Both the day Friday and the number 13 have been said to be unlucky throughout history. So the combination had to be considered Super unlucky in folklore.
I've heard a number of origins for the legend and lore surrounding Friday the 13th, including the one you cited.
Very interesting pattern develops, wouldn't you say? :)
Hope you have a VERY HAPPY and LUCKY Friday the 13th!
Wow, lots of intersting facts ;-) I actually like Friday the 13th and the fact that it's in the month of October...so close to Halloween ;-)
