Description: All superheroes have fantastic abilities of fight and flight, right?
Not Captain Fluke.
From an early age, Larry's only special talent has been a knack for stumbling across the bad guys, catching enemies of the city red-handed wherever he went. It's not an ability most people would wish for, but Larry wouldn't trade his Captain Fluke powers for the world...especially when they can attract a guy as super as Ted.

.."You're
really gonna wear that leotard on a blind date?" Bert scooped a forkful
of cold Spaghetti-Os straight from the can. "Dude's gonna think you're
nuts."
Larry hopped down the hallway with one foot stuck halfway into his neon green bodysuit. "Well, how the hell else is he gonna know it's me? Use your head, Bert. And close your robe while you're at it."
Tumbling headlong over the sofa, Larry dislodged his foot from his costume and managed to pull the top part up over his shoulders in one fell swoop.
"You're one to talk," Bert scoffed, tightening the belt on his ratty old robe. "Don't you think a superhero should at least wear underpants when he's going out on the town?"
"Don't need it." Larry tapped the crotch of his bodysuit and it rang out with a faint metallic dinging sound. "Reinforced codpiece, bro. Anyway, I don't need to worry about getting hurt. Someone up there is looking out for me."
"Looking out for you?" Bert's curious gaze followed Larry's finger as it pointed up to the ceiling. "What, you mean the Goldsteins in the apartment upstairs?"
"No, no, I mean heaven, you idiot. Karma, Zeus, the God-force, the Great Unknowable." Larry pulled on his prized headpiece made of blue spandex with yellow tailfins. He always had a little trouble hearing through the fabric, but it looked so cool he didn't want to change it. "Somebody up there is taking care of good old Captain Fluke, leading me to the right place at the right time. Now, where did I say I'd pick up my blind date? Three-twenty River Street East, was it?"
"West!" Bert called out through a mouthful of Spaghetti-Os. "River Street West!"
Larry scooped his keys and wallet off the sideboard, shoving both down the sides of his high-tops. "Don't wait up, man."
"Did you hear what I said?" Bert cried. "River Street West!..."
